We do not independently verify or audit the data unless specifically agreed
The client remains responsible for final review and decision-making.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
Ensure legality and ownership of data shared
Maintain original records and backups
Comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction

4. Fees and Payment
Fees shall be as per the agreed proposal or engagement letter
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms

6. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
