  • • The FTE is considered an extension of your team and reports directly to you. You can monitor and direct every aspect of their work and output.
  • • We allow you to switch out underperforming employees anytime to ensure you have the best possible workforce.
  • • All our full-time employees have extensive training and experience, with many degrees in commerce.
  • • We have CA professionals on hand for positions that need accounting expertise.
  • • They are entitled to Indian leave annually.

  • Clients share jobs by uploading them into a centralized database software accessible to our team.
  • Our team reviews the job details and reverts back promptly with any queries for clarification.
  • An initial data verification is conducted, after which a quote based on the verified information is provided to the client.
  • Upon client’s approval of the quote, the team proceeds with the job execution following the agreed specifications.
  • The team aims to finalize each job within 7 days, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Throughout the process, the client has visibility and communication access to track progress and address concerns.
  • This model offers flexibility, allowing clients to engage resources only as needed without long-term commitments.
